We are able to retrieve any record you might need. A few examples of records we retrieve are medical, billing, insurance, paid-incurred, cell phone records, education/academic, pharmacy and banking records.
CAN YOU DIRECT BILL MY CLIENT?
Yes. We direct bill most of the major insurance companies as well as corporations. We are able to split invoices between co-defendants when requested to do so.
DO YOU REQUEST FEE APPROVAL FROM ME PRIOR TO OBTAINING THE RECORDS?
Yes. many of our clients request we verify fees when the fees exceed a certain amount. we will work with you and do our best to control costs. We constantly strive to make sure the charges for records follow the state guidelines where applicable and that the charges are reasonable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE, MISFILE OR ACCIDENTALLY DESTROY MY RECORDS?
We digitally store every record retrieved. We can provide you with a copy of the missing record with-in 24 hours of you placing the request with us.
